Woods of Crediton have been ships chandlers, on this site since 1970. We supply high quality, new, used, government surplus and antique ship, workboat and yacht fittings. Our stock range includes mooring equipment such as ropes, wires, chains, fenders and anchors. We have a large range of welders, generators, cranes (up to and beyond 4 ton), winches, bollards, capstans, and sanctions. We stock pumps of all types (bilge pumps, high pressure and fire fighting, fresh and seawater, marine, agricultural and ex military), fishing and angling equipment, reclaimed building materials. We always carry a stock of watertight hatches and doors, as well as numerous marine diesel and petrol engines from Perkins, Ford, Lister, Paxton, Allon, and Blackstone.
